Terms & Conditions

By booking and staying at Sycamore Cabins, the guest making the reservation and all members of their party agree to these Terms & Conditions and all posted cabin and property rules.

Guest Responsibility

The individual making the reservation is responsible for the cabin during the reservation period and for ensuring that everyone in their party follows these Terms & Conditions.

Cabin 1 accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Cabin 2 accommodates a maximum of 4 guests unless otherwise approved by Sycamore Cabins.

Cabin Rules

To help us keep the cabins clean and ready for the next guests, please complete the following before checkout:

  • Remove used bedding and place it in the bathroom.

  • Completely remove all food, drinks, and personal items from the refrigerator and freezer.

  • Take all trash to the designated outdoor trash bin.

  • Wash all used dishes and return them to their proper places.

  • Remove all personal belongings from the cabin and property.

Additional cleaning charges may apply when a cabin is left excessively dirty or requires cleaning beyond what is reasonably expected following a normal stay.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted inside the cabins or on the property.

Guests who bring unauthorized pets may be subject to additional cleaning or damage charges.

Parking

Parking is limited for each cabin. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicles, trailers, and boats remain within designated parking areas and do not obstruct access to other cabins, neighboring properties, roadways, or driveways.

Please contact Sycamore Cabins before arrival if you will be bringing multiple vehicles, a boat, or a trailer and are unsure whether your parking needs can be accommodated.

Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during their stay.

Sycamore Cabins is not responsible for personal property that is lost, stolen, misplaced, left behind, or damaged inside a cabin or anywhere on the property, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Guests should check the cabin thoroughly before departure.

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party beyond normal wear and tear.

Sycamore Cabins reserves the right to charge the guest responsible for the reservation for repair, replacement, excessive cleaning, or other reasonable costs resulting from damage or misuse of the cabin, furnishings, amenities, or property.

Safety & Lake Activities

Guests participate in boating, fishing, swimming, and other recreational activities at their own risk.

Sycamore Cabins does not control Lake Sam Rayburn conditions, weather, boat ramp availability, water levels, or other third-party recreational facilities. Guests are responsible for checking current conditions and following applicable boating, fishing, and safety regulations.

Third-Party Information

Sycamore Cabins may provide recommendations or links to local restaurants, boat ramps, parks, fishing resources, attractions, and other businesses for guest convenience.

Hours, pricing, availability, operating conditions, and other information regarding third-party businesses or facilities may change. Sycamore Cabins is not responsible for the services, availability, actions, or information provided by third parties.

Violation of Cabin Rules

Failure to follow these Terms & Conditions, occupancy limits, parking requirements, or other posted property rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay when reasonably necessary to protect the property or other guests.

Agreement

By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable Booking & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, these Terms & Conditions, and any additional rules communicated for the property.
