Booking & Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation with Sycamore Cabins, guests agree to the following booking, payment, and cancellation policies.

Rates

Current nightly rates are:

Cabin 1: $150 per night + cleaning fee
Cabin 2: $135 per night + cleaning fee

A two-night minimum stay is required for all reservations.

Rates and applicable fees will be displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change for future reservations.

Reservation Deposit

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Final Payment

The remaining balance for your reservation is due 10 days before your scheduled check-in date.

Reservations made within 10 days of check-in must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Failure to submit the remaining balance by the payment deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 10 days before the scheduled check-in date without a cancellation charge, and payments made toward the reservation will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or unused nights after the reservation has begun.

Changes to a Reservation

Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Any difference in nightly rates or applicable fees will be the responsibility of the guest.

Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee applies to each reservation and will be included in the total provided at booking.

The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning between stays. Guests may be responsible for additional charges if excessive cleaning, damage, or removal of property is required following a stay.
